Welcome to Capistrano Unified School District CUSD Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of enrolling a student for school. This process is available for students who have never enrolled and/or attended any school (excluding charter schools) in the Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) or who previously attended in a prior school year. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student’s information is electronically sent to the school. To get started enrolling a new student click the "Enroll A New Student" button. Please note: Entries should be made using proper upper and lower case. Do not use all capital letters . Can I enroll for next-year? Data entry for 2024-25 is available beginning January 29, 2024 for the subsequent school year. Be sure to distinguish whether you are enrolling for the current school year still in progress, or for the next school year. For information on enrolling a student who is currently attending and will be transferring schools within CUSD, contact the office at the appropriate school assigned to your residence to have your records transferred. It is not necessary to complete the for students currently in grades TK-12. If you do not know which school your child will attend, you can use the CUSD My School Locator . If you would like to reprint or review students previously enrolled through the online system click the Login button. For users who have an account and forgot their password, select the HELP link at the bottom of this page to reset your password.
